How it works: Stay 1st month, paying the posted rate, then get 10% off the 2nd month, 15% off the 3rd month, 20% off the 4th month and 25% off the 5th month!
Example: 1st month is May, then get 10% off June's rate, 15% off July...and so on.
Cancellation policy for Monthly Stay: Pay $100 upon booking reservation, must cancel 48 hours prior to arriving to receive a $50 refund, otherwise forfeit entire $100 fee. Pay $100 for each month that you would like to reserve at Crown Villa RV Resort.

Cancellation Policy for Nightly Stay: Pay 1st night upon booking reservation, must cancel 48 hours prior to arriving to receive 100% refund, otherwise forfeit booking fee. Rates listed are per night plus applicable taxes.
Policy, Discounts and Rules:
- All sites are full hook-up pads with 50/30/20 amp electric service, sewer, water, cable television, free Wi-Fi internet and trash service on a large, level surface.
- Rate includes: 1 RV, up to 4 persons, up to 2 approved dogs & 1 passenger vehicle.
- Book 7 nights, and get $25 off, any tier. May 1st - Oct. 1st. Not valid w/ any other discount, coupon or monthly rates.
- Veterans or Military Discount 5% off entire stay. Not valid w/ any other discount, coupon or monthly rates. Must show valid ID card.
- Discounts, coupons and/or special offers may not be combined.
- Rates are based upon availability and may change without notice.
- Rates for the winter of 2012/13 will be posted at a later date. YES, we are open year-round!
- Departing Early? Crown Villa Resort will give a credit voucher for 50% of the unused portion of your stay. How it works: Your reservation will be re-calculated at the normal, posted, daily and/or weekly rate to show your updated departure date. Discounts, coupons or free upgrades will not apply. The voucher is good for 12 months from the date of issue. Not valid with monthly rates. Please see the Reception Desk for information.
